Day 2 Tournament Round#1 :
Siam Plantation |
In March 2008, a new 27-hole golf course was opened with the name Siam Country Club (Plantation Course). This course was designed by a well known Arizona based, Schmidt & Curley Design Inc. The “PLANTATION” name was given in the honor of the historic Sugar Cane, Tapioca, and Pineapple plantations, and each 9-hole is named accordingly. |
Day 3 Tournament Round#2 : Burapha Country Club
Burapha Golf Club, previously a member's only course, has hosted several professional tournaments including the 2010 Thailand Open. The 36 holes at Burapha have been designed to take full advantage of the beauty of the land and its natural features - lakes, hills, palms trees and tropical vegetation, all skillfully landscaped.
Designed by Americans Gary Panks and David Graham; Burapha Golf Club's is laid out on hilly terrain. The East (A-B) Course features wide fairways and is perfect for the up & coming golfer. The West (C-D) Course is a challenge for more advanced and professional golfers. The golf courses are both well maintained, fairways and greens generally kept in better than average condition, and the holes are well placed.

Day 4
St Andrews 2000
The golf course offers an uncompromising challenge aimed at players with handicaps of 18 or lower. Playing at over 7700 yards to a par 74, this is a tough course. St Andrews features elevated tees and greens, tight landing zones, split elevation fairways, huge putting surfaces and while difficult to accept for the true golfer, two par 6's, over 800 yards each! The back nine in particular has large elevation changes and views of the surrounding hillsides. While aimed at players with handicaps of 18 or lower, this most challenging course in Pattaya should be a must visit for all golfing tourists in the area. The course is an extremely tough test of golf from any tee. The two par 6’s are a bit much for the golf course purist. The additional long fairway shot that must be played demands an entirely different dimension in concentration and course management. |
Day 5 Tournament Round#3 : Laem Chabang |
This course is a picturesque Jack Nicklaus designed championship course is the best layout in Pattaya. Laem Chabang is made up of 27 holes on 700 acres and makes use of 3 types of features which characterize each of the 9 holes. Each type of terrain corresponds to a 9-hole course in a unique way, and as such each one is named Mountain, Lake and Valley.

Day 6
Round#4 : Siam Country Club Old Course
PM Farewell Party and Awards Night |
Siam Country Club The first privately owned course in Thailand was also the first Thai course to ever host an LPGA event: the 2007 Honda LPGA Thailand. The immaculate greens are huge, elevated and contoured, meaning even the best putters will want the expertise of a well-trained caddie. The last four holes make up what is widely considered the best closing stretch in Thailand.
