If you've never played golf in Thailand before you are in for a real treat. Blessed with a tropical climate that is neither too hot, too dry, nor too wet, it is possible to travel and play golf comfortably year round. Thailand is one of the finest countries in the world in which to spend a golfing vacation. The main contributory factors are an excellent climate, the superb Thai golf courses, the charming caddies, the fabulous club-house facilities and the high standard of hotel accommodation.

The best time to plan a golfing trip is the cool season, from November to March. From April to July it is hot, and from August and September, its wet, but even in the rainy months the downfall usually comes in the afternoon, and for only a few minutes. Most courses have good drainage systems, and the rains should not interrupt your game for long.
